Consulting Partnerships

As part of the consulting process, certain data applicable to your employees will be collected.  Although this list is not inclusive, the data collected may include:


  • Job titles and levels
  • Job descriptions
  • Gender, race and age
  • Performance ratings
  • Current and historical compensation information
  • Equity holdings
  • Any other information that is critical to understanding your company's situation


Company information, including but not limited to the list below, may also be collected:


  • Benefit plan documents and information
  • Organization charts
  • Equity plan documents


In all situations, it is requested that no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) be provided.  You may provide a unique identifier for each employee, that may or may not be representative of the employee's actual identifier.


Information must be exchanged in a secure process, which may include:


  • Password protection
  • Encryption
  • Secure file sharing (i.e. google drive)


Upon completion of the engagement, you have the "Right to Delete" any and all information that was collected as part of the process.  All data will be deleted upon request.
